covid-19

Face Coverings

Face coverings are currently still required unless exempt (proof of exemption required).
Face coverings must be worn throughout your visit, unless eating or drinking.

Social Distancing

Dumfries and Galloway are currently ‘Beyond Level 0' which means that legal requirements around social distancing and relevant capacity limits have been removed.

We will update our Covid-19 Requirements to reflect any change in Government Guidance.

Your Contact Details

We are required to collect your contact details (name and phone number).

These will be collected in one of the following ways:

  • automatically when booking online
  • when booking by telephone
  • when booking in person at Box Office
Please note that 'in-person booking' will not be in operation until further notice.
  • by scanning the 'Check In Scotland QR Code' in the Theatre Foyer
  • by a member of staff noting your contact details

What we are doing to keep you safe

To keep you safe, we will be cleaning the venue after every performance.
Please use the hand sanitiser stations
Following the screening/performance, please make sure your face covering is worn and avoid crowding.

If you feel ill and can't use your ticket(s)

We will be ensuring that you have maximum flexibility by allowing tickets to be refunded – so if someone in your party feels ill, there’s no need to worry.  Please do not attend the venue if you:

  • believe you may be infected with COVID-19
  • have experienced symptoms in the last 14 days
  • have been in close proximity to anyone who has experienced symptoms in the last 14 days
  • have been instructed to self-isolate.

Any individual who considers themselves to be clinically extremely vulnerable or who is in the same household or support bubble as someone who considers themselves to be clinically extremely vulnerable is advised not to attend.

If you become unwell after your visit

We are working with the Government to ‘Test and Protect’. If you display COVID-19 symptoms, follow the instructions at NHSinform.scot.
